Just added GCER paper to User Articles section. Yes I know it's a little late. Don't bother telling me.

The median filter is working! I need to do some more stress testing before I release it. I added a bunch of error messages to tell the user what's wrong (if debug=1 in the config file). The logs are cleaned up a bit. Kismet now doesn't use repeating signal values (makes it much more accurate, and slower)

Added a few more things to the wishlist. The next release is coming along quite nicely. I haven't had much time to work on it since school has started, but it will release soon (I hope). I found a bug in the median filter that makes it average the previous set of values. This needs to be addressed before release. I hope it's easy to track down.

You thought it was dead? Think again! Yagimoto 1.1.0 has been released! This version is the first in a line leading up to the not so secret anymore 2.0.0 release. Happy scanning!

Amazing project, sir. I have been working on something similar for the last few weeks and am overjoyed to have found this thread. So many hours spent writing bash scripts...only to find your work cleaned up and ready to go.

Anyhow, some ideas I have been toying with that may or may not be of interest to you:

Mounting "yagimoto" on a rover type platform platform for mobility.

Using an on board raspberry pi to control the yagimoto, servos, etc. Could be easily powered by a few 10000 + mAh 5v batteries.

Perhaps including two yagimoto, using the second to provide a bridged link back to a trusted AP, like a dd wrt router, where it could then be bridged/repeated again.

Including a 3g usb dongle to extend range indefinitely, simplifying remote access and c&c of the platform as opposed to a multihop repeater bridge.

In conclusion, a mobile robotics platform that can scan, connect, and repeat on the 2.4 ghz band. Capable of receiving remote commands through ssh at any range via a 3g connection. Think Johnny 5 with yagis.

Any input would be greatly appreciated. You credentials far exceed my own ;)
