Well I was watching Iron Man today which is one of my favorites and then I started to think what my favorite Robot movies are and started to list some. Here is what I came up with:

Iron man and Transformers were awesome!
Not like this competes with the stuff you guys are mentioning, but the kids' show The Zeta Project was quite cool. Probably the only kids' show to make the U.S. Government the bad guys, and also the only kids' show to feature the NSA (clearly, it was made in the pre-September-11 era). Zeta was a very cool character, and I like how the producers actually got different voices to play each of Zeta's holo-disguises. And Zeta's lack of social competence was always amusing. Too bad the show got canceled right as it was getting good....
