Should probably have some sort of filtering for users/postings. A couple of spam posting have happened as of late. Could easily be avoided...

Better yet, have a button that says "mark as spam."

You guys should use CAPTCHA. Dead easy to implement and effective against the kind of spam bots that are pretty much taking over these forums (they have more posts as of late than real people do).

The classic one is just typing words from poorly printed books; they also have newer ones which involve image recognition.

So I've begun deleting accounts and posts that are spam. There are an awful amount. We will get some sort of straight forward filtering in. However, we need to transfer the site off of the current server for us to easily work with it.

If you see a name with "fakename(not verified)", that means that the account has been deleted. Feel free to message me if you find a bogus account. It is easier to delete the account and then look for the posts.

Thanks Wes, I think you got them all. Hopefully we'll get that spam filter installed soon.
