YuSheng a stupid question (If there is one) would be like "What would a bear say to a cup with they met?". Your question had purpose, it helped some other Bot Ballers understand more. Listen, YuSheng, I know you and you have common sense. If you didn't you would have been asking question like my bear and cup question. I think a question is something, if answered correctly, gives knowledge. But that is just what I think. You shouldn't think that question is stupid!

They limit us on pieces for a challenge. Like Harrison said it wouldn't be that fun or interesting if they let us use whatever we wanted.

Guys, my point is that there are stupid questions. Benjamin, you just asked a stupid question, congrats. And btw, I didn't start this thread. My friend did and I personally feel like this is a stupid question because, if you went to GCER, this question has already been asked at the YAC feedback session, so, consequentially, I will not ask a question twice so I feel really stupid right now.

But what if there is a new Bot Baller and he/she didn't know that answer. And they saw this post, he/she would understand more about Bot Ball! Anyway you, of all people, shouldn't feel stupid. When you speak, it's like a whole lecture! You are brilliant! And you can't saw different, you have all advance class.

I agree with Ben, if it had less it would kill the challenge thus making Botball worse. It teaches us how to lay a design out and learn about engineering.

@YuSheng.Chen There is no stupid questions for the one who wishes to learn. If you are just messing around it's not really a question. Your question was genuine though, you knew the answer but that doesn't make it stupid, it just makes it a lone statement.

Yes, it would make the challenge MUCH easier because what if they simply just got already built robot claws and other things from other devices? Then all you would to do is program it. Also, say if someone were to have a... lets just say... a hammer attached to their robot (bare with me here) and their robot was a sabotage robot, and it smashed the other teams robot to bits. I know this is probably some rule saying you cant do this, but we are speaking hypothetically here. Also, I agree with everyone too on the shortage of funds thing. This would be a problem also. Well, that's it!

Thanks,
Amanda
