For those of you who celebrate Thanksgiving, Happy Thanksgiving! If you could, please take the time to reply what you will be doing to celebrate the holiday.
For me, I don't exactly know what I will be doing, however I am thinking that I will be doing the usual:
Be at my house with my mom, my dad, two uncles, my grandma, and my brother eating turkey, yams, potatoes, corn, etc.
Then we talk and watch the Thanksgiving day football games.
I hope that I see some responses! Thanks, and have a happy Thanksgiving!
I will hopefully be getting out of class early the Wednesday before so I can go meet my relatives driving down from St. Louis. Then we will have a pretty standard home cooked Thanksgiving dinner. I also get Thursday-Sunday to spend at home instead of on-campus which can be nice.
I am just super excited for the one week break we get! Haha, but I really love Thanksgiving, it's all of your family eating together... and there is pumpkin pie!!!

It's funny because whenever I am on this thread, the "Sponsored Link" that pops up is usually a picture of an oven-roasted, golden turkey and the company's name is ShopAtHome.com. It is offering "Butterball Turkey Coupons"... it sounds weird but the picture is irresistible.
This has always made me laugh because, when I first started this thread, it popped up for the first time and my mouth was watering once I started admiring it for a few minutes, just dazed by its presence. :D
I know! I was just looking at it and thinking it is mocking me! I WANT THE TURKEY......
In the morning i'm going to play a flag football game with my friends then all of my family will be coming to my house to eat turkey and all that good stuff.
My ad says University of Wisconsin, engineering, science, and blah blah blah. Anyway, I'm going to Disneyland for Thanksgiving and traveling to the San Diego zoo or something. I know, people with no knowledge do things that require no knowledge. I'm thirteen years old and I've already been to Universal Studio and Disneyland a thousand times. Yet, I'm going again. And, being typical of my parents, they of course, don't know what's fun in California nor do they know what's fun in Disneyland. Typical. Oh, and they told me we are going to Knott Soak City. Yeah, who goes there during the winter. Yes, people who want to die of hypothermia. And, besides, I don't know if Soak City is open during the winter (or fall). In my opinion, an ideal Thanksgiving would be a great dinner and relaxation at home. But no, my parents have "better" plans. Horrible way to spend Thanksgiving. Yes, I know, family reunion, but, that is not high on my list for "family" are the last people I want to spend my life with, let loose one day. I just want time with my friends or time alone.
I'm getting 9fps and no visible lag (by eye it's less than 2 frames of lag) on the CBC using a custom library I wrote. Haven't tried on a Link yet. I may publish a GCER paper discussing how I got the lag so low
