How to automate customer response processes?

I'm having problems with the fact that I can't respond to all customers at once to their requests. Sometimes I may not be at my workplace and I have no opportunity to answer, as all questions are individual, it takes time. How can I solve this problem?

I think it will be possible to create a bot that can offer different services and inform you about individual requests. Where you will be able to discuss everything with the client. But this option is expensive.
