Video Game Hacking - Play Offline GameCube/Wii Games Online

Those of you who know me probably are aware that I do video game hacking in addition to robotics hacking. I'm the author of GeckoTunnel, a tool which allows offline multiplayer GameCube/Wii games to be played online. The latest release, 0.4.1 Beta, has a highly awesome feature called player multiplexing, which allows playing with more players than the game natively supports.
If you have a Wii and a USB Gecko adapter, you can play Sonic Adventure 2: Battle online with GeckoTunnel. https://veclabs.posterous.com/pages/geckotunnel

Right now you need a USB Gecko adapter to use GeckoTunnel. There are tools such as MegaIOS, Devolution, and Nintendont which may in the future allow GeckoTunnel to work over WiFi, but this is not guaranteed. It may also be possible in the future to use GeckoTunnel with Dolphin, which wouldn't require any specialized hardware (other than a fast PC).

When we say hacking, there is always unusual activities,, does playing this one offline will also updates the game when you play it again when connected to the internet, is the offline score may carry over when you are online?
