CBC Hacking GCER Paper Now Available for Download

I've uploaded the CBC Hacking GCER Paper (by myself, Matt Thompson, and Braden McDorman). The PDF files are attached to the article; the companion code is available for download from a public Assembla space. I think I speak for all three of us when I say that this paper was a lot of fun to write, and we are thrilled to have won the Outstanding Conference Paper award.
