I''ve updated my CBC from 2.3.1 to 3.0.3 by following the installation steps. http://kipr.org/cbc-interface
After the update, I tried to reboot my CBC, but it is stuck on the blue screen CBC Botball Controller V2.

What do I do?
Did you follow the last part of the steps?
From http://kipr.org/cbc-interface :
With your finger pressed on the CBC's screen, start the CBC. You should see a "Continue holding for special options" screen. Continue holding the screen.
If successful, you will see a "Loading Special Options" screen.
Press install updates.
Press install from USB flash drive. Note: Do NOT plug in your external flash drive again.
The CBC will reboot on its own.

Yes I did, should I perform that again on my CBC?
Yes. If that doesn't work, call up KIPR. I assume your external flash drive was out as per the instructions?

When I try to install update from the USB, the CBC automatically reboot itself
And yes, after I installed the update I unplug my USB and turned off my CBC
Hmm.... I remember hearing a while back that you can install an old userhook0 and then re-update the CBC to the new CBC interface. Try downloading http://files.kipr.org/temp/userhook0-2.2.2.zip to a flash drive and extract it. Do the thing where you hold down the screen while it boots with that flash drive IN, and install updates from USB. If that works, then re-follow the original guide.

Or just be content with a non-bricked CBC running a somewhat outdated firmware. Little was added that is needed for most teams.

You might try redownloading the firmware file again, and verifying that it's the same size (or hash, if you know how to do that). Bad firmware downloads seem to be a fairly common vector for bricked CBC's.
