Help With Camera?

First time programmer here-
I was wondering how to go about defining and recognizing the size of a blob using the camera. Any help?

Hi, welcome to the Botball Community! I assume you're using the KIPR Link (2013 Botball controller) and not the CBC (2012 and earlier)? If that assumption is correct, there should be some sample code for the camera in the workshop slides, which I think includes info on blob size. I will lookup the slide number when I have a moment and get back to you.

EDIT: Based on slide 236 in the 1.4.9 workshop slides, I *think* you want get_object_area(channel, object)

Jeremy, is there away to tag other community members in posts? I believe TBTF is fairly experienced in getting blob sizes.
