My Link Simulator Connection Failed

Hi everyone,

This is my first year doing Botball. Recently, I downloaded the appropriate KISS IDE on to my Macbook Air
and tried to run a test program with the My Link Simulator. However, after I clicked the compile button and selected
the target [My Link Simulator], a text pops up at the bottom-left corner of my window saying "connection failed".
Other than that, nothing else appears.

I have couldn't find any post that addresses my problem, so I started a new topic here. I am not sure if anyone else
have encountered this problem before. If there is anyone who can offer me any help, I would be more than grateful.
