I am used to robot design, but I don't know anything about programming. I need help in the worst type of way. Is there anyone who can help my student team with the programming?

Hi, welcome to the Botball Community!

Your students are definitely welcome to post on this forum with programming questions; most questions get answered fairly quickly (within 1-2 days). They're also welcome to ask questions on the Botballer's Chat (if someone's present in the chat, you can sometimes get an answer within 5-30 minutes, but people aren't always in the chat).

Good luck!

I am still at a loss. We are two weeks away from competition, and I have lost most of the members of the original team due to scheduling. I still don't have a clue about the programming issue. I can do the design and build, but the programming is the most important element. Where can I go to view code or get sample code so that i can show my students (the new ones) what to do?

Okay....We are a new team, and no one has any experience. We can probably build the robot with some help. Is there any other resource that we can use for the programming?

If you look at the workshop slides PDF (you should have received it on either a CD or a flash drive at the workshop), it has some good info on programming for beginners. That should get you started. If you have any questions about those instructions, feel free to ask.
