Our CBC has randomly begun causing errors upon compilation of any C file. We get a "rm: cannot stat: Input/Output error" on /mnt/user/bin. Without the ability to compile any file at all, we are without access to the CBC, making it essentially useless. Is there any way to resolve this error, or at least get access to some shell so we can investigate the issue?

This usually means that your CBC's internal flash drive is corrupted. Reflashing a firmware may fix it, since doing so reformats the flash drive. If that doesn't fit it, or if the problem comes back after a few days, it's likely that the internal flash drive is physically damaged, and you'll have to ship it to KIPR for repair.
