Updating CBCDownloader

A few months ago, I posted a thread about issues getting CBCDownloader to work, and I was told that it was not updated for the new serial format. I'm interested in performing the update myself, but unfortunately, the link I was given for the newest spec seems to be broken. Is there any place I can find the updated spec?
The serial format is about to change once again to match the next generation controller's serial spec. I would expect this in the coming month or so.
