We are a first year team, and we are looking for some hints on attaching servo to gears. We have attached a lego gear to the servo horn, and the gear attached to the servo then turn other gears. Things works fine, but we get some slippage due to the alignment of the drive train of the servo. The servo drive shaft does not align with the holes in the lego beams or metal pieces.

Are there hints and/or photos anyone is willing to share on how people handle gear spacing with servos and legos.

thanks,
Brad

I suggest building a motor case around the servo just so it locks in place
