Purchasing an AndriX?

This is a question to Christoph, Reinhard, or anyone else involved in the AndriX. If I wanted to purchase the hardware to turn my Android phone into an AndriX, how much would it cost me? Is all the hardware available at the moment? Any complex assembly required? (These details weren't in your GCER talk... apologies if they've been answered somewhere else.)
