This site is a new social network for current and former Botball participants to meet and hang out, discuss Botball and robotics technology in general, or just have a good time. It is a project of the Botball Youth Advisory Council (YAC) and the KISS Institute for Practical Robotics .
We just upgraded the site theme! Posting is now unrestricted again. Let us know if there are any problems.
GCER 2011 streaming was a success! Thanks to our Botball Live sponsors: Z=MC^2, Norman Advanced Robotics, Explorer Post 1010, Malden Catholic High School, St. Mark's School of Texas, Carnegie-Mellon University, David Culp, and of course KIPR and YAC.
We're still working on the site and adding features, so you should consider this a beta release. Currently, you can:
It is also home to the YAC's Guide to Botball, a collection of articles aimed at helping new teams learn the skills needed to be competitive in Botball.

The long-rumored site redesign is finally here! Enjoy the new look, and please let us know if you encounter any issues.
In other good news, posting is now unrestricted and instant again. (Let us know if the new spam filter causes you any grief.)

We just got tipped off that UNF will stream the Florida Botball Tournament on Saturday, March 12. We've added a link at the Botball Live page (click Video, then Florida). Remember, Botball Live is not operating this stream; we're just linking to it so that Botballers can find it. Any questions about the stream should be sent to UNF.
